Projects on Cardano almost doubled in a month

Just recently, IOHK Marketing Director Tim Harrison reported in a LinkedIn post that the number of projects on Cardano (ADA) is around 500

On April 18, the company Input Output Hong Kong (IOHK) revealed in a tweet that almost 900 projects would now rely on the blockchain. According to the information, that would almost double within a month.

With the Alonzo upgrade last September, the Cardano network became smart contract compatible.

The protocol can compete with other blockchains such as Ethereum (ETH) and Solana (SOL) through the integration of smart contracts. In terms of scalability, however, Cardano still has a lot of room for improvement .
