Dogelon Mars rallied 50% on reports of an impending listing on Binance, and the rally was helped by a recovery in Bitcoin price. After that, however, the price went down. At the time of writing, it had lost around 1% of its value.

What is Dogelon Mars?

Dogelon Mars is a dog-themed meme coin on Ethereum and Polygon. It follows the example of other successful dog coins and plays on several popular themes in the meme coin space.

A hybrid of Dogecoin and Elon Musk, its name alludes to Mars, a twist on the famous moon meme, implying that Dogelon will see a massive bullish move.

Dogelon Mars doesn't have a roadmap per se, but has developed a fantasy version through its comics. After the resettlement of Mars in 2420, Dogelon must fight against the Destroyers for survival.

Phishing attack on popular crypto sites tries to empty wallets

Several major crypto sites such as Etherscan, CoinGecko, DeFi Pulse, and others report malicious pop-ups scammers use to try to trick users into connecting their MetaMask wallets. The phishing attack came from a domain displaying the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) logo. "We are investigating the root cause of this attack to fix the threat as soon as possible," CoinGecko founder Bobby Ong tweeted. The phishing attack appears to have been triggered by a malicious ad script from Coinzilla, a crypto ad network, according to CoinGecko. Etherscan also advises its users not to confirm any transactions that may appear on the website.
