Instagram is getting an NFT feature soon

The video and photo platform Instagram is working on an NFT feature. This was announced by Mark Zuckerberg at a conference in Austin, Texas. The META CEO left open exactly what this is all about.

The function should be available in the “near future”.

Tech journalist Casey Newton says on Twitter that the feature should include the ability to mine NFT yourself.

The first rumors about an upcoming NFT function were already circulating on Instagram and Facebook at the end of January .
