73 percent of all XRP is controlled by 10 addresses

As of Monday, just ten wallet addresses control 73 percent of all XRP in circulation. This is proven by data from the market data service CoinCarp .

The distribution of Ripple's own cryptocurrency among more than 228,000 holders is extremely centralized. The number has been increasing steadily for several weeks.

According to the statistics, the "Top 100 Holders" have already accumulated 80 percent.

Binance takes first place under the “XRP Exchange Statistic” with almost 40 percent. The other amounts are distributed among the other platforms.

Ripple has been in litigation with the Securities and Exchange Commission since 2020 . The authority sees the XRP token as a potential security.
