Polkadot Forecast - Why you should invest in Polkadot!

Polkadot price has been in a sideways phase between the $16.19 support and the $46.48 resistance since the beginning of 2021. Most recently, we tested the support ($16.19) and next we anticipate the price to target the $46.48 resistance. However, it does not mean that the Polkadot price will go straight up to $46 without crashing. It is possible that the price will fall to the support again. There is a chance, but it is unlikely. We expect prices around $46 in late 2022, in the third quarter of 2022. After the price reached the $46 resistance, the theory could see the price drop again to $16.19. However, this cannot be said to date, so you should not worry.will break out bullishly or fall back to $16.19.

The polkadot course against the Bitcoin has formed a possible symmetrical triangle in the past few months. Both trend lines of the triangle have only two touches so far, however, the triangle is only halfway through, so there is still plenty of time to create the third touch. If this triangle is noticed by the market, the Polkadot price could outperform the Bitcoin price in the future, which is why we would rather bet on Polkadot than on Bitcoin. With a bullish breakout of the triangle, the price could go to ₿0.0018 going forward.

Phishing attack on popular crypto sites tries to empty wallets

Several major crypto sites such as Etherscan, CoinGecko, DeFi Pulse, and others report malicious pop-ups scammers use to try to trick users into connecting their MetaMask wallets. The phishing attack came from a domain displaying the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) logo. "We are investigating the root cause of this attack to fix the threat as soon as possible," CoinGecko founder Bobby Ong tweeted. The phishing attack appears to have been triggered by a malicious ad script from Coinzilla, a crypto ad network, according to CoinGecko. Etherscan also advises its users not to confirm any transactions that may appear on the website. The attackers attempted to use the hype around the “bored monkeys” non-fungible tokens (NFT) to gain access to the cryptocurrencies of unsuspecting website visitors. Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs stolen through phishing on Instagram

Bored Ape Yacht Club ( BAYC ) developers announced on Monday that hackers have hijacked the official Instagram page of the popular NFT collection and posted links to a fake airdrop. Crypto enthusiasts who connected their MetaMask wallet to the rogue website subsequently had their Ape NFTs stolen. Apparently, the attack was planned to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the BAYC collection. This increased the "perceived credibility" of the phishing link. About 100 NFTs are said to have been stolen in the phishing attack . According to CoinGecko data , the minimum price for a BAYC NFT is 139 Ether ( ETH ) or $400,726. So if reports are correct, over $40 million worth of NFTs were stolen in the attack. These numbers are only the lowest estimate, however, as they are based on the lowest price.
