VeChain price forecast - how far will we go?

In our last VeChain course forecast , we wrote that the course could soon rise by around 20%. The reason for this was the bullish indicators and the chart, which showed us that the price had bottomed. We could see that the VeChain price has bottomed out as the price has performed a sideways phase and a doji in the weekly chart. But how far could the price rise? We'll enlighten you!

In our last VeChain price forecast, we already wrote that the price could rise to around $0.7 next. This level had often served as support back then, so we expect price to test and confirm this level as resistance. If we confirm the former support as resistance, the price could soon sink even lower than before. Thus, we could see prices below $0.043 (last low). If the VeChain price breaks the current resistance area between $0.068 and $0.074, the price could rise to the next resistance. This is around $0.15.

The VeChain course against Ethereum looks more bullish than the USD pair. The price has reached the support zone of 0.000017 ETH – 0.00002 ETH. Once the price hit this support zone, the price has surged each time. The first significant resistance is around 0.00004570 ETH, which is why we assume that the VeChain price could increase by around 100% compared to Ethereum in the next few weeks. Thus, VeChain will very likely outperform Ethereum. If you assume that you will always own more Ethereum, you could now rely on VeChain to have more Ethereum afterwards.

Phishing attack on popular crypto sites tries to empty wallets

Several major crypto sites such as Etherscan, CoinGecko, DeFi Pulse, and others report malicious pop-ups scammers use to try to trick users into connecting their MetaMask wallets. The phishing attack came from a domain displaying the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) logo. "We are investigating the root cause of this attack to fix the threat as soon as possible," CoinGecko founder Bobby Ong tweeted. The phishing attack appears to have been triggered by a malicious ad script from Coinzilla, a crypto ad network, according to CoinGecko. Etherscan also advises its users not to confirm any transactions that may appear on the website. The attackers attempted to use the hype around the “bored monkeys” non-fungible tokens (NFT) to gain access to the cryptocurrencies of unsuspecting website visitors. Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs stolen through phishing on Instagram

Bored Ape Yacht Club ( BAYC ) developers announced on Monday that hackers have hijacked the official Instagram page of the popular NFT collection and posted links to a fake airdrop. Crypto enthusiasts who connected their MetaMask wallet to the rogue website subsequently had their Ape NFTs stolen. Apparently, the attack was planned to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the BAYC collection. This increased the "perceived credibility" of the phishing link. About 100 NFTs are said to have been stolen in the phishing attack . According to CoinGecko data , the minimum price for a BAYC NFT is 139 Ether ( ETH ) or $400,726. So if reports are correct, over $40 million worth of NFTs were stolen in the attack. These numbers are only the lowest estimate, however, as they are based on the lowest price.
