The Sandbox - Metaverse tokens now available at eToro

The Sandbox (SAND) is a virtual game that combines blockchain technology, DeFi and NFTs in a metaverse 3D virtual reality. The virtual world enables gamers to personalize and customize their games and digital content using free design tools. The created virtual goods can then be monetized as NFTs and sold in exchange for SAND tokens on the sandbox marketplace.

Sébastien Borget, COO and Co-Founder of Sandbox, said:

"We are excited that eToro is making SAND tokens available on its platform. This is a great first step that will allow customers to learn more about NFT and immerse themselves in one of the many opportunities in our open gaming metaworld."

The sandbox project draws attention to itself

There has been a lot of headlines regarding the metaverse in the past few weeks. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg spoke in a YouTube video about the future possibilities of the Metaverse and shows what could be in store for us. Admittedly, a lot is only just being set up and will probably take a few more years, but the The-Sandbox project is already showing what to expect.

As already mentioned, The-Sandbox is a virtual game in which gamers can create their own worlds. You can buy virtual land with sand tokens and trade digital items. Even Snoop Dogg bought land in the game and is building his own digital villa.

Snoop Dogg will also be launching its NFT collection with player avatars and a limited 'Snoop Dogg Private Party Pass' that will give users VIP access to virtual concerts, events, Q & A's and special NFT drops.

Snoop Dogg will also be introducing a 3D sandbox avatar collection, and players will be able to create games using "doggfather" virtual items such as Snoop Dogg's personal car collection, dogs, statues, memorabilia, and more.

In early December, The Sandbox hit the headlines when a virtual luxury yacht sold for $ 650,000. The three-story yacht has two helipads, a dance floor, hot tubs, and a DJ booth. It was designed as part of a luxury NFT collection for The Sandbox. Private islands, speed boats, and jet skis are some of the other digital assets available.

The Sandbox is one of the premier Metaverse games where players can build, own, and monetize their virtual experiences. The project recently completed alpha phase 1 and will soon move on to the next phase, according to the homepage.

Not a bear market: According to the analyst, the current BTC decline is the same as in previous Bitcoin cycles

According to one analyst, Bitcoin is behaving the same overall this year as it has in previous cycles. Bitcoin ( BTC ) will have “at least one more boost higher” before hitting all-time highs this halving cycle, analysts are currently saying. The well-known analyst TechDev has spoken on Twitter about the current state of BTC and said that contrary to many opinions, nothing unusual has happened in BTC/USD in 2022. Bitcoin in 2021: Nothing to see here Sentiment has also taken a hit, falling 40 percent from November's all-time high of $69,000. There is still “extreme fear” in the bitcoin and altcoin market. TechDev, known for his bullish views on Bitcoin, sees no reason to worry. He analyzed the new wallet addresses in relation to course behavior and shows here that the scenario from last year was by no means an isolated case. Back then, the number of new addresses made lower highs while the price made higher highs. "In 4 of the 6 corrections, there was divergence with price ma...

The 5 largest platforms for non-fungible token (NFT) collectibles

Since the beginning of 2021, non-fungible tokens (NFT) have had no holding back and the sector is setting new records almost every day.  More and more artists, stars and brands are realizing the potential - NFT are well on their way to catapulting the crypto space into the mainstream.  But which collectibles are currently the most popular? What are NFT? NFT are unique tokens that cannot be exchanged one-for-one for an equivalent token.  Any asset that is tokenizable can be an NFT.  This includes, for example, (digital) works of art, trading cards, game items and crypto domains.  Theoretically, however, real estate or securities can also be mapped as NFT. NFTs can be used to transparently map ownership structures on a public blockchain.  This allows them to store value just like real objects, even if additional copies are easy to make.  For example, the original picture of the Mona Lisa is significantly more valuable than a photo, as everyone kno...
