Robinhood: Launch of the beta version of the crypto wallet in January

The cryptocurrency and stock trading app Robinhood plans to launch the beta version of its digital wallet from January 2022.

In a blog post on Wednesday , Robinhood said tens of thousands of users are currently on the waiting list for the trading app's crypto wallet. From mid-January they will have access to the beta version. The trading app stated that over 1.6 million people would be waiting for the wallet. This then offers deposits and withdrawals of Bitcoin ( BTC ), Ether ( ETH ), Dogecoin ( DOGE ) and other tokens.

Since the retail app announced its digital wallet in September, it has been testing it . On November 22nd, she conducted her first alpha transaction with DOGE. Phishing attack on popular crypto sites tries to empty wallets

Several major crypto sites such as Etherscan, CoinGecko, DeFi Pulse, and others report malicious pop-ups scammers use to try to trick users into connecting their MetaMask wallets. The phishing attack came from a domain displaying the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) logo. "We are investigating the root cause of this attack to fix the threat as soon as possible," CoinGecko founder Bobby Ong tweeted. Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs stolen through phishing on Instagram

Bored Ape Yacht Club ( BAYC ) developers announced on Monday that hackers have hijacked the official Instagram page of the popular NFT collection and posted links to a fake airdrop.
