Shiba Inu: back to the hype with NFT game?



Shiba Inu (SHIB) has proven to be an incredibly profitable investment this year. While the hype currently seems to be subsiding, an NFT game could help soon.

The game will be launched under the name Oshiverse and is currently being developed in collaboration with game developer and former Vice President for Technology at Activision William David Volk. Project leader Shytoshi Kusama gave details in an article entitled "The Future of Gaming is Shib" on Medium.

The game itself should have Shibarium functionality and decentralized aspects. Shibarium is Shiba Inu's Layer-2-Chain, which is currently still in development. On the matter, Shytoshi stated, "We offer unique opportunities within the Shiba Inu ecosystem (SHIB, LEASH and BONE) while the Shiba Inu Games remain completely separate from these activities."

Release date not yet known

Interestingly, trying to get listing in mobile stores would “force the SHIB brand into the corporate world and rules,” said Shytoshi, who added, “However, this is a good thing because it allows us to share some of our most valuable assets take and defend them ”.

It is not yet known when the NFT games can be expected. The first time a possible Shiba Inu game was mentioned was on October 14th on Twitter. At that time, the project manager announced a meeting with a games company.

Phishing attack on popular crypto sites tries to empty wallets

  Several major crypto sites such as Etherscan, CoinGecko, DeFi Pulse, and others report malicious pop-ups scammers use to try to trick users into connecting their MetaMask wallets. The phishing attack came from a domain displaying the Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) logo. Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs stolen through phishing on Instagram

  Bored Ape Yacht Club ( BAYC ) developers announced on Monday that hackers have hijacked the official Instagram page of the popular NFT collection and posted links to a fake airdrop.
